Drive Alive helps businesses assess the driving skills of employees and contractors, identify training needs, and ensure compliance with duty of care legislation. The company provides on-the-road and web-based assessments and training throughout the UK.
My PR service
I assisted Drive Alive with PR and marketing communications for more than a decade, producing newsletters and brochures, writing website content, and generating coverage for the company in specialist business-to-business media.
PR activities included the ghost-writing of opinion columns, positioning Drive Alive as a voice of authority, and the ‘selling-in’ of Drive Alive’s managing director Mike Rees as a source of expert comment on breaking news stories. Coverage was generated in the trade journals read by vehicle fleet operators and risk managers, and on regional radio and TV news bulletins.
